All Syndicate leaders must now submit both the soft copy and hard copy of all their syndicate presentations. They are to also work closely with the press team of the CDS to keep their members and the entire group posted on relevant information ahead of time. Moreso, at least to members of each syndicate should be part of the press crew (this will be enforced and ensured by all syndicate leaders)
