Members of Editorial and Publicity Community Development Service group today said goodbye to their immediate past Supervisor, Mr. Yusufu Zirrah Philibus, who has been posted to Adamawa state recently.

Speaking on behalf of his colleagues, the President of the group, Barrister Moyo Maku expressed gratitude to Mr. Philibus for his guidance and advice to the group.

"Sir, we can't thank you enough for your kindness to us. We sincerely appreciate your fatherly guidance and advice, which have impacted positively on us. We thank you particularly for inspiring many of us into embarking on personal CDS projects. I must confess that you are a unique figure, a rare role model, because you do not just talk, but you work your talk. In all honesty, I must say we are missing you so much" Moyo said.

Responding, Mr. Philibus commended the Corps members for adhering to his counsel when he supervised them between December, 2016 and July, 2018.

He urged the Corps members to strive hard and leave indelible marks in the lives of all people that come their way.

He said "whatever you lay your hands on, do it to the best of your ability. I mean, be very diligent at your work as a Corps member and thereafter.  Always try to make the people you leave behind miss you by your commitment to duty. Don't let money be your motivation, let passion be. By doing so, you will be celebrated. Finally, remember that your story will be told elsewhere. Your present actions will either speak for you or against you."

As part of the celebration, the group presented a beautiful portrait to the former supervisor.
